Chinese electronic products are sourced directly from manufacturers at wholesale prices with the understanding that they are final sale items. The pricing structure doesn't account for return logistics and refurbishment costs. Additionally, many Chinese suppliers explicitly prohibit returns in their wholesale agreements to maintain low prices.
Manufacturing defects include: items that don't power on, obvious physical damage from production, missing components that should be included, or functionality issues that prevent basic operation. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or issues arising from improper use are not considered manufacturing defects.
For Chinese product defect claims, you must provide a continuous, unedited video showing: the unopened package, opening process, initial inspection, and demonstration of the reported issue. The video should clearly show the product serial number and timestamp. This evidence is required for us to process claims with our Chinese suppliers.
Yes, German products can be exchanged for different models within 30 days. If the new model costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the price difference. All exchanges are free of shipping charges for German-origin products.
For German products: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. For Chinese products with approved defect claims: Replacements are shipped within 7-10 business days after claim approval.
